Sound Securities, LLC was formed by a group of Wall Street professionals with expertise in selected areas of financial services combined and the goal of delivering these capabilities with the highest level of service, such as that historically offered to a family office from a private bank. Their unified concern was that personal services had deteriorated with the advent of electronic trading. Their goal was to develop a platform to service Institutions with the personalized approach of the family office/private bank mindset. Sound services fall into two primary categories: Transaction Services and Alternative Investment Strategies.
Transaction Services
Exploiting structural changes that have arisen within the industry over the past 5 years, Sound has been able to provide solid value-added to our clients through lower cost executions in both the equity and the fixed income markets. We do this by employing industry professionals who have access to the best tools available to benefit the ultimate investor and combining it with an overall lower cost of operation. The powerful result is high-quality execution and service at a lower cost.
Asset Management Strategies
Our services include investment opportunities from both the hedge fund and private equity marketplace. The common thread is that they have provided investors with attractive risk adjusted returns that may not necessarily be correlated to mainstream investment strategies. These are surfaced through our ties to a family office and our extensive institutional network of investment providers. The investments we choose to represent are selected carefully by our team's deep experience in the industry.
