Robert E. Mulholland joined Sound Securities, LLC after retiring from Merrill Lynch, where he worked for 25 years. Bob was a Senior Vice President and Co-head of the Americas Region, Global Private Client and a member of the Merrill Lynch & Co. Executive Committee. Bob had responsibility for Merrill Lynch's Advisory Division, which includes over 13,000 Financial Advisors in North and South America, the Institutional Advisory Division, the Private Banking and Investment Group and the Latin America Region.
Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Executive Director for the Advisory Division's North Region. In 2000, he was one of the Advisory Division's four Executive Directors, responsible for the Southern Region.
Mr. Mulholland graduated with honors from Lehigh University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing. In 2002, Mr. Mulholland attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School .

Mr. McIntosh has over 20 years experience in the securities industry, primarily with constructing options based trading strategies. He spent 15 years at Quick & Reilly as Branch Management Vice President and Risk Management for OTC and Options trading desks.
Mr. McIntosh graduated from New York School of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Taormina is involved in the overall strategic development of Sound Securities. He has 40 years experience in financial services, including over 23 years in senior management of regional broker dealers.

Mr. Gordon serves as the company's Client and Business Manager. His primary focus is on developing investments for high net worth investors. He is a co-founder and Managing Member of Dix Hills Partners, LLC. Previously, Mr. Gordon served as Managing Director, Institutional Business Unit at Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management (Paine Webber). For over 15 years, he held various positions at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, working with Fortune 500 corporations and institutions in pension/cash management, private equity and tradition asset management. Mr. Gordon holds a B.S. in Chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School . |

Mr. E. L. Goldberg is a co-founder of Dix Hills Partners, LLC and serves as a Senior Advisor and Member of the Company. Mr. Goldberg is the Chairman of Longview Investments, LLC, a company formed to manage his own family office and assets as well as providing advise for other family offices. Mr. Goldberg recently retired from Merrill Lynch after over 40 years of dedicated service to the firm. Prior to retiring, he was Executive Vice-President of the Operations Services Group and a member of the Executive Management Committee. |

Mr. I. B. Goldberg is currently President of Longview, LLC and responsible for all aspects of Longview's investments and office operations. Prior to joinging Longview, he was Senior Vice President of sales at Praxis Capital where he focused on high grade, high yield and distressed corporate bonds, agencies, mortgage backed securities, ABS, CMBS, TRR Swaps, and credit derivatives. Prior to Praxis he worked at Merrill Lynch in several positions among which was the first Vice President in New York Middle Market Sales covering corporations and mid/large sized institutional clients, banks, money managers, hedge funds, fund of funds, insurance companies and high net worth individuals. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1988 with a BA/Pre-Law and a major in Political Science. |
